Instructor to Instructor
For a moment think about how your Emergency Care Course (ECC) training center supports its instructors. Generally many training centers (AHA, Red Cross, etc) have developed top down and centralized instructor networks that are focused on supporting the training center’s course load.
While a centralized instructor network has many benefits, it also can be very inflexible for a society that is increasingly becoming more decentralized in its educational options. LHS is working to support the changing demand for Emergency Care Courses by support instructors who want to work outside existing training center structures.
How LHS Support Instructors
As a training center, LHS specializes in helping instructors access non-traditional educational environments. For example LHS can help instructors develop and offer onsite ECC courses to medical practices or organizations which up until now have been forced to find room in the local (and often overbooked) ECC course. As an instructor aligned with LHS, you will be able to teach at their location of choice. In fact we support all of the American Heart courses (BLS, ACSL, PEARS, and PALS).
If you are interested in teaching ECC courses to non-traditional populations, consider how LHS might support your efforts. Contact us today to learn more and find out if we can support your instruction efforts.
